作者简介
康大安(Dian生见鲜要e S.Kaplan),是美国芝加哥马歇尔法学院教授。她不仅以优异的成绩从加利县肥房子福尼亚大学伯克利分校(the Uriversityof California at Berkeley)获得了文学士学位,而且还从耶鲁大介推之学法学院(theYale Law School)获得了法学严板顺秋述毛基岩欢字受博士学位。她还曾担任耶鲁法律评论(the 节服置跳官查权作晚知接YaleLaw Revi顶由ew)的编辑。在2005年至2009年间,康大安教授还多次到我国的北京和吉林等关织围独地进行授课。
